Encontramos, a modo de ejemplo, la igualdad de oportunidades o fomentar el empleo para las personas que se encuentran integradas dentro de este colectivo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-681bc87 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"681bc87\" data-element_type=\"section\" necesidad de que las compa\u00f1\u00edas de m\u00e1s de 50 empleados disponen, desde el 2 de marzo de 2024, un conjunto de medidas y recursos para alcanzar la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas LGTBI.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-eb97631 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"eb97631\" data-element_type=\"section\" <strong>situaciones de acoso o de violencia<\/strong> hacia las personas LGTBI, este plan deber\u00e1 contemplar un protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, el protocolo contendr\u00e1 medidas para garantizar la igualdad del colectivo LGTBI y acciones que prevengan, detecten y permitan actuar en caso de acoso o violencia hacia los trabajadores por este motivo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">A la hora de crear el Plan Igualdad LGTBI, hay que tener en cuenta que las medidas incluidas en \u00e9l deber\u00e1n <strong>estar pactadas a trav\u00e9s de negociaci\u00f3n colectiva<\/strong> y acordado con los representantes legales de los empleados.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6ec2e58 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6ec2e58\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f38a253\" data-id=\"f38a253\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1e07c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1e07c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">De esta manera lo indica la Ley que recoge que el contenido y alcance de las medidas se desarrollar\u00e1n reglamentariamente. As\u00ed lo indica la Ley 4\/2023:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-245cc84 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"245cc84\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c1fdfe0\" data-id=\"c1fdfe0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap class=\"elementor-testimonial-content\"><p>\u201cA trav\u00e9s del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n de las personas LGTBI\nse recopilar\u00e1n y difundir\u00e1n las buenas pr\u00e1cticas realizadas por las empresas en materia de inclusi\u00f3n de colectivos LGTBI y de promoci\u00f3n y garant\u00eda de igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n por raz\u00f3n de las causas contenidas en esta ley\u201d.<span diferencias entre el Plan de Igualdad y el Plan Igualdad LGTBI?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4c99106 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4c99106\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">Seg\u00fan est\u00e1 escrita la norma, ser\u00e1 necesario <strong>crear un plan espec\u00edfico para LGTBI<\/strong> que ser\u00eda diferente del Plan de Igualdad. Es importante tener en cuenta que la Ley 4\/2023 establece que el Plan Igualdad LGTBI tendr\u00e1 que ser acordado con la representaci\u00f3n de las personas empleadas, por lo que se erradica la posibilidad de que las empresas aprueben el Plan de manera unilateral.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">Las compa\u00f1\u00edas que tengan implantado un<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tugesto.com\/obligaciones-laborales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan de Igualdad<\/a>, <span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">tendr\u00e1n que modificarlo e incluir de forma expresa la no discriminaci\u00f3n a las personas que pertenezcan al colectivo LGTBI. Por lo tanto, ser\u00e1 necesario abrir de nuevo las <strong>mesas de di\u00e1logo<\/strong> para modificar de esta manera los Planes de Igualdad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #4c4f54;\">Expertos y expertas en el \u00e1mbito de igualdad indican que las compa\u00f1\u00edas deber\u00e1n iniciar el diagn\u00f3stico de la situaci\u00f3n para determinar cu\u00e1les son las medidas que se deben implantar e ir avanzando en la constituci\u00f3n de la mesa negociadora <strong>antes de que llegue el 2 de marzo<\/strong>.
