Los estudios e investigaciones han revelado que existe esta brecha salarial.<\/p><p>En Estados Unidos, un estudio orientado solo a hombres, desvela que, tras la legislaci\u00f3n que aprobaba la uni\u00f3n civil o el matrimonio igualitario, las brechas salariales entre los hombres heterosexuales y homosexuales <strong>incrementaron en un 8%.<\/strong><\/p><p>En este pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrc.org\/es\/resources\/mas-sobre-hrc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Rights Campaign<\/a>, las estad\u00edsticas no son tampoco positivas. Los ingresos medios en esta zona del mundo son 900 d\u00f3lares semanales. Adem\u00e1s, su probabilidad de acceder a la seguridad social se reduce a un 50%. Por su parte, en Colombia, a trav\u00e9s de un estudio realizado por el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.centronacionaldeconsultoria.com\/post\/discriminacion-laboral-en-la-diversidad-que-pasa-con-la-comunidad-lgbtiq-en-colombia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro Nacional de Consultor\u00eda y la C\u00e1mara de Comerciantes LGBT de Colombia<\/a>, desvel\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de la mitad del personal que trabaja en Recursos Humanos, no sabe c\u00f3mo abordar tem\u00e1ticas relacionadas con la diversidad sexual y g\u00e9nero en el personal de las empresas.<\/p><p>La discriminaci\u00f3n laboral homosexual en el trabajo, as\u00ed como la discriminaci\u00f3n transexual es un hecho. Hasta un 86,6% de la Comunidad LGTBIQ+ considera que es necesario ocultar la orientaci\u00f3n sexual o identidad de g\u00e9nero en una entrevista laboral. Formar y sensibilizar a empleados y jefes para cubrir sus necesidades, es un paso decisivo. La <strong>sensibilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> est\u00e1 orientada hacia el departamento de RRHH para contribuir a la normalizaci\u00f3n de la incorporaci\u00f3n de las personas LGTBIQ+ y a respetar.
